Work From Home, Learning Free of Charge: the Thirty Day Challenge
Back in April I posted a work from home article by Ms. Dorothy Santoro, owner Predator Marketing System. In her article she states, “Predator is the place where you can find exactly what you need for your work from home business. There are multiple trainings everyday, you feel like you are part of a group, where the success of everyone, including you, is important. I have never been in a program where you are taught to do things that only the big internet gurus do.”
For those of you who need help in a team situation, Predator sounds like a great option. But folks like me, we like to mix it up with a definite deadline and monetary goal in sight.
If you like to get into the middle of a fray and duke it out with team mates who may unwittingly be competing against you for top ranking in the search engines, there’s the third annual Thirty Day Challenge. The TDC is hosted every August (yes, a month that has 31 days) by Ed Dale and Dan Raine. For 30 project-intense days you get to learn the secrets of online marketing. The 2008 challenge is occurring after a 2-month pre-season event, during which potential contestants prepared for the work to be done in August.
Best of all, it’s never too late to begin the Thirty Day Challenge. Ed reported in one of the many training videos that people were “joining” the 2007 Challenge months after it had ended.
So, what do you win? Bragging rights… and whatever money you make using the skills you learn during the Challenge as you sell your own product.
And, what does it cost? Nothing. You can do this absolutely free. There are a few things that you could buy along the way — a domain name, hosting, a membership here or there — but the true spirit of Dan & Ed’s Thirty Day Challenge is that everything is do-able online for absolutely no financial outlay. That may be hard to believe, but it is true… and I speak from my own experience.
So, check it out. Maybe it’s just what you need to drag you off the fence and into the world of work from home. Good luck!
